The founder and manager of the law firm is attorney at law Kaido Uduste.
Kaido Uduste graduated in 1992 from the Faculty of Law of the University of Tartu and has been a member of the Estonian Bar Association from the same year.
In addition to operating in Estonia, he has practiced in Helsinki (law office Borenius & Kemppinen) and London (law offices Sinclair Roche & Temperley, Ince & Co, and Enterprise Chambers).
Kaido Uduste is an outstanding trial attorney. In particular, by focusing on principal and complex disputes his actions have affected legal practice.
Kaido Uduste is also a recognised expert in the field of intellectual property in Estonia and he has participated in the development of Copyright Act and the legal acts associated with it.
In the course of years, Kaido Uduste has acted as a lecturer in many trainings for judges, public prosecutors, policemen, customs specialists etc. in both Estonia and abroad, given lectures for students and published many professional papers for lawyers but also for ordinary people in mass media.
In addition to the work of attorney, Kaido Uduste has participated in conciliation proceedings as an arbitrator.

Jaan Särak studied computer and system engineering in Tallinn University of Technology. He acquired legal qualifications from Estonian National Defence and Public Service Academy – preliminary investigation profession (cum laude) and Tallinn University of Technology - Estonian private law.
Jaan Särak has previous professional experience from Estonian Internal Security Service and the Central Criminal Police (investigation of economic, IT and intellectual property crimes, representation of institution in court disputes, national coordination of activities in the field of intellectual property protection).
He has completed the training of the surveillance officer and has knowledge and practice in collecting and analysing electronic evidence.
Jaan Särak has conducted various trainings for legal practitioners both in and outside Estonia.
He is a specially interested in the application of human- and fundamental rights, in particular related to the implementation of these in legal practice.
Jaan Särak has also skills and knowledge in the fields of music, sports and construction.
