INTRODUCTION
When providing services, we are trying to find solutions that meet each of our client's needs. The long-term experience of our attorneys helps in this process.
We act as court attorneys but also advise clients outside the court. A significant part of our work is the day-to-day counselling of legal entity cllients (including international corporations, companies and non-profit organisations). We also have experience with representing and counselling of the public sector.
As a large proportion of our customers come from abroad, we constantly deal with issues of international law and its implementation. We also have extensive experience of cooperation with other attorneys around the world.
Cooperation experience with several known law offices in other countries enables us, if necessary, to offer our clients qualified legal services also outside the Republic of Estonia.
In practice, we are often faced with the solving of issues where there is no certain and clear legal practice or the practise is contrary to international practise. Usually, solving such problems also requires appealing to human- and fundamental rights.
We use Estonian, English and Finnish as working languages.
Our aim in providing legal services is:
- to solve a specific problem in the best manner for client;
- to provide legal assistance as soon as possible and as efficiently as possible;
- to describe the situation honestly (even if the client does not like it);
- to assess the situation more generally and to make recommendations for long-term benefits;
- to seek clarity and simplicity when expressing positions and views;
- loyalty with customer (both in good and in bad).

The purpose of the profession of attorney should be, above all, to prevent conflicts, achieve legal clarity and legal peace in the simplest and fastest possible way for the client.
Successful legal aid depends in many ways on how well the attorney knows his client and the latter's situation. The details are important.
The later the attorney will be involved, the less there are opportunities to protect the interests of the client effectively.
